Waiting for Godot
by Samuel Beckett
2 - 6 June 2026, 7:00pm
Sunday, 7 June,6 pm
Samuel Beckett's seminal work is coming to Arches Lane Theatre this June, just across the river from the Royal Court, where it has its UK premiere in 1955.
Old friends Vladimir and Estragon are waiting for Godot, day after day, and filling their time with musings about existence. Their wait is only interrupted by the apparition of two other figures, Pozzo and Lucky. Are they caricatures of the two friends, are they a metaphor for something or are they simply, as Beckett puts it, 'a distraction'?
Come and see this revolutionary piece of theatre in its freshest staging, and join Vladimir and Estragon in their search for meaning.
Performance rights arranged with Concord Theatricals UK.
