Romeo & Juliet: Out of Pocket
by Emiliano Dionisi

4 - 16 August 2025
When a sharp-tongued British scholar and a passionate Mexican academic collide onstage, Shakespeare’s most famous love story gets wildly reinterpreted. What starts as a chaotic, bilingual lecture on Romeo and Juliet spirals into a no-holds-barred theatrical face-off—complete with stolen scenes, academic shade, and tragic sword fights performed with office supplies. In just 70 ridiculous, high-energy minutes, they race through the entire play… and accidentally fall for each other along the way. Because love, like Shakespeare, knows no borders.
